Learning Leaders are individuals who guide learning initiatives and strategy within their organizations or communities. They may coordinate or inspire groups such as CoPs or SIGs while mentoring and supporting others in shaping the future of talent development.

Communities of Practice (CoPs)

CoPs bring together dedicated professionals with a shared domain of expertise who want to continuously learn, solve problems, and develop their skills together. They are collaborative, ongoing groups that thrive on active interaction and knowledge exchange.

Special Interest Groups (SIGs)

SIGs are informal, topic-driven groups within ATD chapters. They allow members to actively dive deep into specific areas of professional interest, share expertise, exchange ideas, and collaborate, offering focused programming, meaningful networking, and relevant events
