“Behavioral Interviewing for Hiring Success”
Are your hiring managers using behavioral interviewing to find the best candidates? If not, they are increasing the likelihood of bad hires. Behavioral interviewing is built on the premise that candidates’ future work behavior is best predicted by their past behavior. This interactive presentation (led by Learning Dynamics’ Senior Consultant Barbara Rutkowski) provides techniques to take back to your organizations to help hiring managers develop behavioral interviewing questions for various positions. The presentation also analyzes the quality of responses to behavioral interview questions.
