At this session, we welcome, Dr. Harris Ginsberg.  For more information on Dr. Ginsberg's biography, Click Here.

This session explores emerging trends in learning and development practices, highlighting how development strengthens the talent pipeline and enables business growth. Discussion topics include leveraging development to shape the organization, creating high-impact experiential learning, and engaging senior executives in investing in development.

Organizations face volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity (VUCA) in their global markets and consequently, leaders must adapt their leadership internally and externally.  Despite pressures on expenses and recognizing the need to advance the capabilities of their leaders, organizations are maintaining or increasing investments in development.  This session will share perspectives on innovation in development and examine ways in which organizations accelerate the development of their high potential populations, leverage real-world action learning, and integrate senior leaders in learning initiatives.
